Fillies started excellently and went ahead through a well-taken goal by Ella Gardinel in her first ever competitive match. They were 2-0 up on 20 minutes when Gardinel was brought down in the area and Beth Jackson slotted home the penalty. Fillies had numerous chances to score more but tired towards the end and Woodstock came at them. With 10 minutes to goWoodstock scored but Fillies resisted more pressure to hold on for a great win in their first ever 11-a-side match, with three girls playing their first ever game of football. Player of the match was Chloe Leibo.
