Match 1 - Blacklion Youth 2 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
Both teams came out strong with good possession from both teams. There was good defensive play by Lewis Swetman Savage and Bradley Manser for Fulston with some fantastic saves made throughout by goalkeeper and Man of the match Lewis Mitchell. Near misses were had at either end but Fulston went 1-0 down by half time to a phsically strong Blacklion Team. The 2nd half was end to end with some accurate throughball passes from Captain Reece Lewis, and Joshua Spencer and Henry Dwyer creating good chances on goal. Fulston went 2-0 down but continued to play to the end. James Newman battled well in midfield and Fulston were unlucky not to bring a goal back. Man of Match: Lewis Mitchell. Captain: Reece Lewis
 
Match 2 - Blacklion Youth 1 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
Again Fulston came out strong with great forward play from Samuel Gamble and Cameron Brown. Jack Andrews was strong down the wing with a lovely strike which just went wide. There was good defending throughout from cptain and Man of the Match George Pearce and Joseph Eves, despite strong tackles coming from blacklion Youth. Despite strong play from the team Fulston went 1-0 down by half time. The 2nd half Fulston came out fighting again with good goalkeeping by Reece Woods on numerous occasions with help from Alfie Illingsworth in defence and Culum Annand staying strong in Midfield. Fulston Zebras Vs. Cliffe Woods Colts (16-09-07)
 
Match 1- Fulston Zebras 5 - 1 Cliffe Woods Colts
 
Fulston started the game strongly with great forward play from midfield. Good passing and throughballs led to Fulston's first goal, a great shot from Captain James Newman. Fulston continued to press hard with strong defending from Lewis Swetman Savage and Bradley Manser, and some fantastic goalkeeping from Lewis Mitchell. Fulston's second goal of the half came from a long throw-in from Reece Lewis resulting in a unfortunate own goal from Cliffe Woods. The colt's came out in the 2nd half positive with Joe Waters and James Newman staying solid in defence. Some great passes from Man of the match Reece Lewis led to a further 3 lovely struck goals for Fulston, Henry Dwyer 1 and Joshua Spencer 2.
Cliffe Woods brought back a goal in the last minutes to bring the score to 5-1, but Fulston colt's kept battling till the end! Man of Match- Reece Lewis
 
Match 2 - Fulston Zebras 0 - 2 Cliffe Woods
 
Colt's again came out positively with great forward play from Cameron Brown and good run's down the line from Joseph Eves. Cliffe came back at Fulston but strong defending from Culum Annand and Alfie Illingworth kept them out, with some fantastic saves from Reece Wood's in goal. Jack Andrews kept on the pressure at the other end nearly scoring a goal from a cross in from Joseph, but the score at half time remained at 0-0. In the second half Fulston continued to battle with some great passing and possession from George Pierce and Samuel Gambell. The colt's continued to defend well with goalkeeper and Man of the match Woody again making some well timed saves. Unfortunately Cliffe broke through with 2 goals , but Fulston were unlucky not to bring a goal back, with 3 midfielders in the box and a ball that would not go over the line! Captain- Reece Woods

Match 1 - Fulston Zebras 0 - 4 Blacklion Youth
 
Fulston came out and played well from the start, with good all round play from the colts! Fantastic saves from goalkeeper Woody and solid defending from Culum Annand and George Pierce kept out Blacklion, whilst the midfield led by captain Joseph Eves battled well. Fulston went 0-1 down to a goal which goalkeeper Woody had his fingers to, but could not keep out the net. Another goal from Blacklion before the half left Fulston down by 2 goals.In the second half Fulston had some great forward play from Cameron Brown, Samuel Gambell and Man of the Match Jack Andrews trying to fight there way through the defence. Despite some great keeping again from Woody  and some strong defending by Alfie Illingworth Blacklion scored another 2 goals. Fulston kept there heads up and fought well till the end, with a final result that didnt reflect how hard they all played.
 
Match 2 - Fulston Zebras 1 - 2 Blacklion Youth
 
Fulston colts started strong with some great forward play from Joshua Spencer and Henry Dwyer  and some good runs through Blacklions defence from Joe Waters. Captain and Man of the match Josh had a couple of chances on goal and despite good goalkeeping from Mitch and good defending from Lewis S.Savage and Bradley Manser Blacklion went 0-1 up before the half. The whole team came out in the second half full of confidence and again controlled all the play, with James Newman and Reece Lewis passing and playing well, with a near miss from James. Despite having most of the possession Blacklion scored again with a goal from a free-kick. But Fulston continued to press Blacklion's defence  and were awarded a penalty afer a hand ball in the area. Reece stepped up and scored a well taken penalty to bring the score to 1-2. The colts continued to batttle for an equaliser but were unlucky not to bring a goal back. Even Blacklions manager saying Fulston deserved the win!

 
Sheerness East Youth Vs. Fulston Zebras (30-09-07)
 
Match 1 - Sheerness East Youth 2 - 3 Fulston Zebras
 
Both teams came out strong with some great attacking play and passing from Fulston's Joe Waters and Reece Lewis. The first goal came early in the first half with a good strike from Joshua Spencer. Colt's continued to press with defenders Captain Bradley Manser and Lewis Savage holding back many of Sheerness's attacks with some great goalkeeping throughout from stand in keeper and man of the match James Newman. Fulston's second goal came before half time with a lovely strike from outside the box from Reece Lewis. Sheerness brought back a goal from a penalty before half time. Again the second half was end to end, with Joe Waters and Henry Dwyer fighting for every ball in defence and midfield with Fulston attacking the Sheerness goal. Fulston's 3rd came from Henry Dwyer & Reece battling through Sheerness East's defensive line to give Joshua Spencer a 2nd goal of the game and Fulston a well deserved victory.  Fulston's Lewis S S kept strong at the back till the end with the team breaking down Sheerness's attacking moves and turning defence into attack.
 
Match 2 - Sheerness East Youth 0 - 2 Fulston Zebras
 
A determined Fulston came out strong attacking the Sheerness goal with some great attacking play and passing from Joseph Eves and Cameron Brown. A good shot from George Pierce failed to beat the keeper, but they continued to press with some great runs down the line from Jack Andrews. Captain Alfie Illingworth and George Pierce kept the defence strong with Woody 'safe hands' keeping out any attempts on goal.The colt's were finally awarded with there 1st league competitive goal, after a strong first half performance ,and a great strike from man of the match Joseph Eves. Fulston continued to dominate in the 2nd half with some great forward play from Samuel Gambell, with great creative chances from midfield and a well struck Free-kick from Joseph just clipping the post. Jack Andrews took the score to 0-2 with a great strike after a long run through Sheerness's defence. Fulston held there opponents till the end with another well deserved win for the Colt's and a clean sheet for keeper Woody.Again a great team performance breaking Sheerness's attacking moves and turning defence into attack.

 
Fulston Zebras Vs. Sheerness East Youth (28-10-07)
 

Match 1 - Fulston Zebra’s 1 - 2 Sheerness East Youth  

 

Sheerness East scored after a few minutes but the boys kept their chins up and battled on. All the boys fought well and we saw great improvement in all of them.  George was great in defence he fought hard and watched the ball at all times.  As normal Joseph and Jack played well together in Midfield, doing what they have been taught and passing at every opportunity. Jack was like a little whippet and deserved the goal in the second half. The first half was hard work for the boys as they were against the wind but their determination was unbelievable.  Culum was first to the ball at every opportunity and well deserved Man of the match. Woody made some great saves to keep the game even. Cameron came on in the 2nd half and battled well and very nearly scored some goals on a number of occasions. The 2nd half the boys fought hard and really did deserve to have scored a few more goals with Samuel having a chance on goal.  It was 1-1 until a few minutes before the whistle when Sheerness East scored. Alfie and George continued to keep out any attempts on the Fulston goal. It was an unbelievable match, to think how hard these boys worked and how much they have come on in a very short period of time. They played as a team and listened well.

 

Match 2 - Fulston Zebras 4 - 0 Sheerness East Youth

 

Well what can be said the first goal was fantastic and was delivered by Reece Lewis from the sideline this set the boys up for a wonderful result.  The boys played beautifully they passed, played as a team, encouraged one another. Reece Lewis nearly scored numerous times throughout the whole match. James and Reece played wonderfully as a team and were setting goals up for each other all the time. James received Man of the match as he played well and worked hard keeping his head up and fighting hard. Bradley fought hard to keep Sheerness out while Lewis SS had 2 near misses on goal when he fought with the ball from defence. The 1st half finished 1-0. We came back after the second half to a marvelous goal from our Birthday Boy Mitch who scored from a goal kick, unbelievable.  The boys battled on in torrential rain Reece scoring once again. Then came a corner that Josh sent in straight to Henry who scored, great team work. Joe battled well in defence to keep the score at 4-0. The quality of the play was brilliant the teamwork was outstanding and the score was greatly deserved. Well done boys.


 

Borstal '88 Vs. Fulston Zebras (04-11-07)

 

Match 1 - Borstal '88 1 - 9 Fulston Zebras
 
There was good forward momentum from both teams from kick-off which began end to end. But Fulston turned defence into attack with Reece striking the 1st goal home for Fulston. Some good defending from Lewis and Joe again led to a great goal from Joshua. Again good forward play from Fulston led to Josh's 2nd goal of the game. The boys continued to press with Josh completing his hat-trick, which was shortly followed by Reece taking the score to 0-5. The 2nd half saw Fulston closing in on Borstals defence, with Bradley working hard in defence and Mitch making some fine saves. Borstal brought back a goal but Fulston responded with a great run down the line from MOM Lewis S.S from defence nearly scoring. A great curling goal from Reece outside the area earned Fulston another goal, then great passing between Josh and Captain Joe Waters led to Fulston's 6th and Reece's hat-trick. Joe Waters took on the keeper with a well earned goal and a great celebration, and Reece and Josh finished off the game with another goal apiece to finish the game 1 - 9. Fantastic Team play by all.
 
Match 2 - Borstal '88 1 - 4 Fulston Zebras
 
Again the game started end to end with Samuel and Joseph passing and pressing hard on the Borstal defence. Culum stayed strong in his defensive role with George turning Borstals attacks into Fulston's, which led to Fulston's 1st a good strike from Samuel. Borstal brought the game back to 1 - 1, but great battling from Cameron and cross in, led toMOM Samuels second and brought the score back to 1 - 2. The second half Culum continued to stay solid in defence alongside Alfie, with the boy's going forward again. With Cameron making a nice cross into the area and Joseph hitting home Fulston's 3rd of the game. Jack, Joseph and Samuel continued to pass and play well with George taking  a shot on goal which just went shy of the post. Culum continued to defend well and Woody kept out any attempts on the Fulston goal. Fulston's 4th of the game came from a great shot on goal from Birthday boy Jack. Again fantastic team play by all the boys.

 
Wigmore Youth Vs. Fulston Zebras (Cup) (11-11-07)
 
Match 1 - Wigmore Youth 4 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
Zebras started off confidently against a strong Wigmore side, with some strong midfield play from Captain Samuel, Jack and Joseph with some great defending from George and Alfie but Wigmore brought the game to Fulston with 3 goals in the first half. The second half brought some great forward play from Cameron and george with a lovely shot on goal from George which went shy of the post. Man of the Match keeper Woody made some fantastic saves during the game and Culum stayed strong in defence against the Wigmore attack. 
 
Match 2 - Wigmore Youth 4 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
The game started with some strong defensive play from James and Bradley, with Bradley clearing the lines by getting his body in front of the goal. Mitch remained confident with some great saves in goal and by the end of the half, Joe, Josh and Reece put some good passes together but were unlucky on goal. Again Wigmore brought the game to Fulston and were 2 up by half time. The 2nd half brought some battling play in midfield from James, Joe and Josh with some great defending from Lewis and Bradley. Keeper Mitch was man of the match for some fantastic saves during the game. Both Fulston teams were guilty in the first ten minutes of each game of letting Wigmore play their game, being first to the ball and marking on set pieces went missing. But Fulston improved with time and began showing Wigmore the type of football they can play. The teams began believing in themselves again and made us once again proud of them by playing to the standard of which they know they can play. Wigmore's Managers words- that had been the best Wigmore display of the season, in turn praising the quality he could see from both our teams.

 
Bredhurst Juniors Vs. Fulston Zebras (18-11-07)
 
Match 1 - Bredhurst Juniors 0 - 9 Fulston Zebras
 
Fulston went out strong with some great forward passing between Reece, Henry and James and some strong defending when needed from Man of match Bradley Manser and defensive partner Lewis SS. The midfield made there impact on the game with great wing play from Reece and James and central possession from Henry, this led to hattricks and some fantastic goals from both Reece and Henry. The 2nd half saw Fulston again pushing forward with some good keeping from Mitch keeping any Bredhurst attempts under control. Colts continued to dominate with great midfield play from Josh who tracked back when needed. Further goals from Reece(4th), one for Josh and after being unlucky in front of goal, Joe was finally rewarded with a goal to take it to 9 for Fulston.
 
Match 2 - Bredhurst Juniors 3 - 3 Fulston Zebras
 
Fulston were guilty of watching, not playing in the early stages of this game, not positioning and matching Bredhursts commitment to tackling, Fulston started off 2nd best and went 1 - 0 down. From then on Fulston didnt look back remembering there positioning, marking and team play, with some great forward possession  from Joseph, Cameron and Jack.Cameron brought the game back to 1 -1 with a great goal. Despite good defending from Alfie and Culum and some great keeping from Man of the match Woody, Bredhurst went into the half 2 - 1 up. Bredhurst took it to 3 -1 after the break but the colts continued to battle with strong forward momentum from George and Samuel and a lovely taken free-kick from George which brought the game back to 3 -2. Fulston stayed positive and a great goal from Samuel brought the game all even. Woody continued his fantastic form in goal by keeping any Bredhurst attempts out. After a great comeback from Fulston the game ended all even.

 
Cliffe Wood Colts Vs. Fulston Zebras (25-11-07)
 
Match 1 - Cliffe Wood Colts 5 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
Despite the scoreline Fulston stayed commited and Man of the Match Joseph Eves played strongly in his role in this physical game. Samuel and George played well in there midfield positions challenging Cliffe's defence .Despite the whole team playing well and Goalkeeper Woody again making some great saves in goal the game wasnt to go Fulston's way.
 
Match 2 - Cliffe Wood Colts 2 - 1 Fulston Zebras
 
Again Fulstons performance was strong with a few near misses on goal from Reece. Lewis S S and Bradley stayed strong in defence against a very physical Cliffe .Man of the Match Henry Dwyer took the game to Cliffe and scored Fulston's only goal of the match.Josh and James battled away in midfield to try to get something out of the game but Fulston went away disappointed.

 
Fulston Zebras Vs. Borstal 88 (02-12-07)
 
Match 1 - Fulston Zebras 4 - 3 Borstal 88
 
Colts were down 0 - 3 by the first half, change of positions were experimented with and the boys did not look themselves.Lewis S S made some good midfield runs but was denied a goal. Despite torrential rain and heavy winds Fulston came out the 2nd half same as usual, battling hard and 1st to the ball.Captain Henry Dwyer was straight in with Fulston's 1st goal back.Hard tackling and battling from James and MOM Joe, and some great passing and forward movement from Reece, Josh and Henry.
Reece scored with the assistance of Josh bringing it to 2-3 and Henry scored again to bring the game all even at 3 - 3. Fulston were up for the fight and continued to battle with Mitch staying strong in goal and Reece scoring our 4th and winner. Great comeback in awful weather.
 
Match 2 - Fulston Zebras 3 - 0 Borstal 88
 
Again despite some of the worst weather seen this season, Fulston came out strong and ready for the game. Colts battled hard with Alfie and Culum staying strong in there defensive roles. George, Joseph and Cameron had some great forward movement and passing which led to Fulston's first of the game, a great shot from Joseph. The colt's came out in the 2nd half full of confidence after there great 1st half, Fulston continued to press with Samuel and Jack making some strong runs on the Borstal defence, leading to 2 well taken goals from Jack.MOM Culum and George continued to stay strong till the end and goalkeeper Woody played well and kept a clean sheet for Fulston. 

 
Fulston Zebras Vs. Chatham Riverside (16-12-07)
 
Match 1 - Fulston Zebras 3 - 1 Chatham Riverside
 
The 1st half was end to end with some great defensive play from Bradley and Lewis. Fulston stayed in control with good forward momentum from Henry, Reece and Joe. Fulston first of the game came from great battling in midfield from Reece and Joe with Henry finishing it off. The second for the colt's came from another great cross in from MOM Reece ending in another good goal from Henry.Chatham brought one back in the 2nd half but Fulston held strong turning defensive play from Bradley and Lewis and good keeping from Mitch into attack. George came on towards the end of the game with fresh legs and Fulston kept up the momentum, Fulston's 3rd came from an unfortunate own goal from Chatham.

Match 1 - Strood '87 3 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
Fulston played hard and kept fighting against a strong Strood team. With some strong defending from Bradley and Captain Lewis S.S and some great saves from Mitch which kept the colt's in the game. The boys were unlucky with some great forward play and passing from Joe, James and man of match Henry. Josh fought well in his midfield role with Reece coming on at the end due to injury, but it was not Fulston's day.
 
Match 2 - Strood '87 8 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
Again Fulston started well against strong opposition. Man of the match Woody mde some fantastic saves in goal, with defenders Alfie and George staying strong in there supporting role at the back. Joseph, Cameron and Jack made some good runs forward against the Strood defence. The 2nd half and the colts didnt give up with Culum and George fighting for every ball and a shot on goal from Samuel which was unlucky not to go in.Tough game for the colts.

 
Fulston Zebras Vs. Pegasus 81 (13-01-08)
 
Match 1 - Fulston Zebras 0 - 6 Pegasus 81
 
Fulston played well against the wind and a strong Pegasus side. Strong goalkeeping again from Captain Woody, with some good defending by Alfie and George despite the score. There was some well timed passing from the midfield players with Sam, Cameron and Jack taking on the Pegasus defence. Man of the Match Samuel was again unlucky on goal with better forward momentum from the colt's in the second half. Culum came on in the 2nd half and defended well, again Fulston were unlucky not to bring any goals back.
 
Match 2 - Fulston Zebras 2 - 1 Pegasus 81
 
The colt's started strongly with Man of the match Bradley keeping control in defence. Midfield battled well, winning the ball with some great passing moves from Josh, Captain James and Joe. A great corner from Josh led to a great volley and 1st goal of the season for defender Lewis S.S. The 2nd half Fulston stayed on top of the game with Joseph scoring a lovely goal from outside the area. Pegasus brought a goal back but Mitch stayed solid in goal and a well deserved win for the boys.

 
Chatham Riverside Vs. Fulston Zebras (27-01-08)
 
Match 1 - Chatham Riverside 3 - 3 Fulston Zebras
 
Fulston got off to a great start with a goal almost straight away from Josh. The colts continued to dominate with some great forward possession from James and Reece with numerous shots on the Chatham goal. Bradley and MOM Lewis S were solid in there defensive roles clearing any stray ball and Captain Mitch kept strong in goal. Fulston continued to press but were having no luck finding the target, but an own goal from the chatham goalie meant Fulston were up going into the half. The 2nd half Fulston were fighting against the wind but with good forward play from Joe, Henry found the back of the net for Fulston's 3rd. Unnecessary time added meant Chatham bringing the game back to a draw.
 
Match 2 - Chatham Riverside 1 - 0 Fulston Zebras
 
The colts played with alot of heart and ran there hearts out, with Captain and birthday boy Alfie and MOM Culum playing a fantastic game in their defensive roles. There were some strong runs on the Chatham defence from Joseph and Samuel, with Cameron and Joseph coming near with shots on goal. Again Fulston were unlucky not to go away with any goals. Goalie Woody was solid as usual in goal. Jack and George came on in the 2nd half and fought for every ball with Sam & Joseph playing some great midfield football attacking the Chatham defence. An unexpected result from both teams.

Despite the scoreline Fulston played a great game against unbeaten league leaders Strood. Captain and MOM Jack had a fantastic game getting stuck in and winning the ball, defending Fulston's goal. Joe had a good game taking on the Strood defence making a few shots on their goal. The colts played a strong team game against tough opposition.

Fulston came out strong and positive, Bradley played a great game fighting for every ball. Despite an unfortunate og Fulston fought back with a great strike from Captain Reece to bring it all even. MOM Josh fought well in midfield and again Fulston played as a team, and although lost 2 - 1 were unlucky not to take the win against unbeaten Strood.

Fulston played a well fought game against Pegasus.MOM Lewis made some fantastic saves to keep Fulston in the game. Josh fought for everyball and Captain Culum had a great game in defence. Fulston made numerous attempts on goal with Reece and Josh coming close on many occasions, with Joseph taking on players and making some great runs down the right wing but the ball did not want to go in the back of the net.Lewis was again solid in his defensive role accurate in getting the ball up to the forward players. Jack came on in the 2nd half and fought hard with the rest of the team.

The boys again fought hard for every ball with Capt and MOM Joe Waters making some great runs on the Pegasus defence and being denied a goal. Despite Fulston going behind they continued to push up with chances coming from Joe and Samuel. Fulstons work rate throughout was fantastic with both Alfie and George defending well and keeper Woody making some great saves. The 2nd half the team continued to dig in with some good forward play from James and Bradley, again numerous shots on goal but Fulston denied any goals. A hard fought match for both teams.

Match 1 - Fulston Zebras 7 - 0 Bredhurst Juniors
 
In the last game of the season Fulston were straight off to a great start with the first goal of a hat trick from Captain Henry. Fulston maintained strong forward play with Joseph making some great runs down the right wing with some shots on goal.  Woody made a great save in goal, with defenders Bradley and Jack clearing the lines on every occasion. Fulston continued to go for goal with strong forward momentum and Henry scoring a further two goals and Reece also making a hat trick with a great chip over the goalie, some lovely shots on goal from both players. George came on in the 2nd half and not only defended well but pushed up, linking up well with Samuel making some great forward plays, again with numerous shots on goal but good keeping from Bredhurst. Fulston's 7th goal came from a great shot from Jack, Fulston kept a clean sheet with reserve keeper Joseph taking control over the goal in the 2nd half.
 
Match 2 - Fulston Zebras 3 - 2 Bredhurst Juniors
 
In the 2nd game Fulston were confident again in making forward play with James and Captain Cameron battling for every ball, great back up play coming from Lewis staying strong in his defensive role and taking some great throw ins, with Mitch making some great saves again in goal. This strong forward play led to Fulston's 1st a well struck goal from James. The colts continued to press with a 2nd coming from Joe, a good strike after battling through the Bredhurst defence.Bredhurst scored from a corner before the half to bring the game to 2 - 1. Culum continued his good defending taking Fulston into the half in the lead. The 2nd half Fulston again came out strong in the attack with Josh making  forward plays. Bredhurst brought the game all even at 2 - 2 but Fulston kept battling with some great saves from reserve keeper James and some strong defending from Alfie. Josh and Joe were persistent in the attack and Fulston were finally awarded the win near time with a great goal from Josh Spencer.
