What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- The reputation of a well organised club.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Kent league Clubs:-  Whitstable Town, Canterbury City, Faversham Town Southern League Clubs:- Sittingbourne, Margate. Finnished my playing at Milton Athletic through injury (not caused by Milton!!!!).

Proudest moment in football:- Playing in the 3rd qualifying round of the F.A. Cup with Whitstable Town, playing in the 5th round of the F.A. Vase for both Whistable and Canterbury City and having trials at Swindon Town when Glenn Hoddle was in charge.

Greatest achievement in football:- Passing my coaching qualifications so I can pass my knowledge and experience to others and playing with some quality players. Neil Emblem stands out for me.

Proudest moment outside of football:- Getting married to my wife, Jo, and bringing up our boys, Ellis and Hayden.

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- Moved to the area in 1998 and Adam - then 6 - wanted to start training with a team. A neighbour gave me the number of his son's manager (Jon Hodges I believe) who put me in touch with the appropriate people. The rest is history.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- My Dad formed MPE in 1970 so after playing for Bearsted Cubs, I naturally joined the U10's when I was 8. I played there until I was 16. I then signed youth forms for Maidstone Utd. After 1 season the club folded and I joined South Celtic U18's in the Maidstone Primary league. In my second season I snapped knee ligamentsand there ended my career!! Iwill be starting my 5th season as a manager with Fulston Zebras.

Proudest moment in football:- Signing for Maidstone Utd.

Greatest achievement in football:- Whilst at South Celtic, we won the treble (League, Cup and League Cup).

Proudest moment outside of football:- The birth of my 2 children and the day I married my wife, Karen.

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- An advert for U16 players in the East Kent Gazette in the summer of 1990.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Playing - Zebras U16's, George Inn (Sheppey Sunday League), Newington (Rochester & District and Medway Combination), Chatham Town (Southern League), Zebras 5 and 6-A-Side. Coaching - Assistant manager Zebras U15's 1994/95, U16's 1995/96, U18's 1996/97, Manager U13's 1998/99, U14's 1999/2000, U15's 2000/01, U16's 2001/02, U18's 2002. Manager Seniors 5/6-A-Side 2005/06, 2006/07, U9's Manager 2006/07, U10's 2007/08

Proudest moment in football:- Seeing my eldest son score his first goal for FZ U8's in the 1999/2000 season, winning the John Woollven Memorial Trophy at the end of the 1998/99 season and pulling on the black and white stripes again last season for the 6-a-side team.

Greatest achievement in football:- Winning promotion with the U13's at the end of the 1998/99 season after taking over a relegated U12's with only 8 plyers left.

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- My Son Joshua was looking for a new club and Fulston Zebras is a well known club so he wanted to join.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Played for Midas F.C. for 12 seasons and helped out with coaching at my sons previous club.

Proudest moment in football:- Scoring a goal from my own 18 yard area and seeing Josh score his first goal.

Greatest achievement in football:- Winning the Players Player Trophy at Midas.

Proudest moment outside of football:- The birth of my 3 children.

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- My son started out with the U8's in the 2003/04 season. When Kevin Stevens needed some help last season, I foolishly volunteered!

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Started out as a full-back at school and never got any further. My main interest is cricket. I've played for Minster C.C. for nearly 20 years.

Proudest moment in football:- Seeing my son's U8's team win the Park Regis Tournament.

Greatest achievement in football:- Passing my level 1 coaching badge.

Proudest moment outside of football:- Becoming a Dad and seeing Minster reach the Kent League last season.

Proudest moment in football:- Saving two penalties in a semi-final shoot-out for Teynham at the Minterne Schools tournament, getting us into the final.

Greatest achievement in football:- Winning promotion with the U13's in the 1998/99 season, reaching the final of the Minterne tournament.

Proudest moment outside of football:- Leading the St. George's day parade when I was in the Scouts.

Greatest achievement in football:- Being told by Big Ron Atkinson that he would not be keeping me on at Cambridge.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Played football since I was 11. Played in the Sheppey Sunday League, R & D, and the Medway Sunday League - Senior division. Been involved with coaching for about 6 years.

Proudest moment in football:- Seeing my son win his 1st tournament.

Greatest achievement in football:- Winning the Kent Cup whilst playing for Woodcoombe.

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- My daughter, Grace, wanted to play football

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Played in and around Sittingbourne for many years for various teams winning many titles and cup finals. Helped out coaching the Fillies from day one and started running my own side in 2004.

Proudest moment in football:- Watching Grace score her first goal for the Fillies.

Greatest achievement in football:- Scoring 65 goals in a season for Ship Athletic.

Proudest moment outside of football:- Watching the birth of my children.

Favourite food:- Greek Salad

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- My son signed for the U8's, at the end of the season the manager stayed for another season with the younger boys and I took the older boys to U9's. The rest, they say, is history.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Played in the Senior Essex league many years ago as well as a couple of years playing for West Ham - that's West Ham bus garage not United.

Proudest moment in football:- Watching my son having fun playing football.

Greatest achievement in football:- Winning the World Cup must be the greatest achievement anyone could have.

Proudest moment outside of football:- Completing the Iron Man event in Lanzarote and running the London marathon in under 3 hours would be great achievements, if only I'd done them.

Favourite food:- Pie, mash 'n' liquor (an Eastend thing).

Favourite drink:- Dr. Pepper

Favourite music:- Erasure (yes, I know they are).

Name:-  Keith Long

Roll within the club:-  Joint Manager Under 18's

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- My son has been playing for the club since the age of 6, his manager left the club and the opportunity arose to manage the team with Gary Wheeler when they were U12's.    

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Never played at a high level, just the usual school/scout teams. Stopped playing for a couple of years before starting again with a team associated with London Transport. Played for Fulston Vets and won the Milton Tournament 3 years in a row. Now the legs have gone and I struggle to keep up in training.

Proudest moment in football:- Although I have won trophies with other teams, the proudest moment was seeing the boys lift the Medway Youth Cup a couple of seasons ago.

Greatest achievement in football:- While playing for the London Transport team we were on a trip to Malta. We played against a team that had played in the European Cup. It goes without saying, we played the British game and lost by a cricket score. I recall I scored with a great volley - unfortunately in the wrong net.

Proudest moment outside of football:-  I would love to say I had completed the London Marathon but I have to be boring - getting married and the kids.

Biggest ambition in football:-  With my playing days over I would love to see Shaun play at Stamford Bridge, trouble is he's now too old to be a match day mascot.

Biggest footballing influence:-  The person who shouted from the UK Paper Pavilion during the Milton Tournament - "Get off the pitch, you grey haired old git". After that advise I decided to call it a day although some may say I should have done this a few years previous.

Roll within the club:- Club Secretary and Under 15's Manager

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- A moment of madness. Seriously, my love for the game and the fact that ever since I stopped playing I wanted to be involved in managing a top flight team. Zebras has always enjoyed a good reputation and I wanted to be part of that.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- Played locally for the likes of Eastwood Rovers, Beechwood Rovers and Bowaters until relocating to Hadlow at the age of 19. I spent 2 and a half seasons at Tonbridge before hanging up my boots due to a cruciate ligament injury. After moving back to Sittingbourne I played 5-a-side at St. Johns (now SCC). During this time I took my level 1 coaching badge.

Proudest moment in football:- My first goal for Tonbridge and seeing my son Jamie make his debut for Millwall.

Greatest achievement in football:- Scoring two consecutive hat tricks for Tonbridge. Winning the John Leeds Cup as U10's manager and winning the League Championship as manager of the U12's.

Proudest moment outside of football:-Getting married to my wonderful wife Alison and the birth of my two children.

What brought you to Fulston Zebras?:- My brother in laws team needed a manager at under 14’s, through injury I couldn’t play football myself and my mother in law was very persuasive.

Footballing background (playing & coaching):- I played for many local teams in my youth, starting off as a goalie before moving into a midfield roll as I got older.  The best team I have played for with the most success was Ship Athletic - That is until now.

Proudest moment in football:- Winning the league and cup as player manager for ZEBRAS!!

Greatest achievement in football:- Going through a whole season unbeaten in the league with Towns Club and winning a cup.

Proudest moment outside of football:-  Marrying my childhood sweetheart and the birth of my two great children.
