After 3 straight defeats Fulston needed to up their game , and they didnt dissapoint. They started the game very well and created some good chances but couldnt find the finishing needed. The defence played well and dealt with most attacks Cliffe had, and Glen Rogers had a good game in midfield and nearly put Zebras ahead but his shot strck the post and was cleared. Cliffe went ahead after Adam williams was blatantly fouled and the referee allowed Cliffe to play on and score.halftime 1:0. It was a fantastic team effort but the game belonged to Adam Williams who was named man of the match. Final score 6:1.

Some good defending from Robert and Alex kept Borstall out and then we started to play some good football. Adam williams equalised with a neat lob after a good through ball from Tom Rees after 27 minutes and right on half time should have had a penalty after James Lambert was pulled down in the area only for the ref to wave play on. The second half started well enough but Borstall took the lead again and before we knew it we were 4 - 1 down. Adam Williams opened the scoring after some good work down the right side by Joshua Orgill who supplied a great cross. Both sides battled well and had chances to score. Haydn Rich had a great game in goal and was a match to most things thrown at him. Joshua Orgill finally broke through near the end of the half to make it 2 nil. The scoreline should have been more in the first half but good saves from the keeper and some poor finishing kept us at one goal. Into the second half and we immediatly put the pressure back on them and Adam Williams finished off a good move to restore the lead. Joshua Orgill extended the lead 10 minutes later with a neat finish and at 3:1 we seemed to sit back a little and allowed Meopham to come at us , and with 10 mins left they were awarded a very dubious penalty after the ball was kicked against a defenders hand. Keeper Haydn Rich pulled off a superb save diving low to his right and push it out for a corner. Adam Williams broke clean through a minute later to make it 4:1.
